MPW Parts Warranty

Warranty:

All MPW Branded products including MPW Race Dept and MPW Speedshop aside from MPW branded electrical products carry a standard limited one-year warranty from date of delivery against defects in workmanship and/or materials . 

Electrical Products Warranty:

Warranty for MPW branded electrical products including, but not limited to Regulator Rectifiers, Headlights, Ignition parts etc. is valid for a period of six months from date of delivery. The standard limited six month warranty covers against defects in workmanship and/or materials. 

Who is Covered:

This warranty is provided to the original purchaser of the MPW branded item.

What Voids the Warranty:

1. Abuse, misuse, improper installation and modifications.
2. Uncontrollable circumstances due to collision, undercarriage road impact or debris are not covered.
3. No proof of purchase at the time of warranty. Claimant must provide proof of purchase (original receipt or invoice).
4. General Wear and tear caused by regular daily use is not covered.
5. Exposure to fire, flood, freezing or explosion.
6. Finishes such as plating or painted surfaces with discoloration or rust due to inclement weather conditions, exposure to salt, exposure to chemicals, or lack of maintenance by the customer are not covered.

Extent of Warranty:

Any defective MPW parts properly returned to Motorcycle Parts Warehouse will be repaired or replaced by Motorcycle Parts Warehouse. Motorcycle Parts Warehouse is not responsible for any other expense incurred by the customer under the terms of this limited warranty, nor is Motorcycle Parts Warehouse responsible for any damages either consequential, incidental, special, contingent or otherwise; or expenses or injury arising directly or indirectly from the use of any Motorcycle Parts Warehouse parts. Any product returned to Motorcycle Parts Warehouse must be sent at the customers expense along with the proof of purchase and the other information as requested below, upon returning the product if it displays a material or workmanship defect, shipping costs will be reimbursed. Motorcycle Parts Warehouse reserves the right to determine whether the terms of the warranty, set out above, have been properly followed. In the event that the terms are not followed this warranty is void. Motorcycle Parts Warehouse is the sole determiner of abuse, misuse, installation errors and modifications - should any of these be found, this warranty is void.

3. Telephone/Mobile Number
4. A description of the problem
5. Copy of the original receipt
6. Pack carefully (preferably in the original packaging MPW will not accept a damaged product with poor packaging.)
