Toro Exhaust Warranty

Warranty:

All Toro systems carry a standard limited two-year warranty from date of delivery against defects in workmanship and/or materials. 

Who is Covered:

This warranty is provided to the original purchaser of the exhaust system.

What Voids the Warranty:

  1. Abuse, misuse, improper installation and modifications.
  2. Custom applications.
  3. Uncontrollable circumstances due to collision, undercarriage road impact or debris are not covered.
  4. No proof of purchase at the time of warranty. Claimant must provide proof of purchase (original receipt or invoice).
  5. Slight discolouration of the stainless parts due to generated heat.
  6. Finishes such as plating or painted surfaces with discoloration or rust due to inclement weather conditions, exposure to salt, exposure to chemicals, or lack of maintenance by the customer are not covered.
  7. Wear and tear such as fading, staining or wear caused by regular daily use.

Extent of Warranty:

Any defective exhaust system properly returned to Toro will be repaired or replaced by Toro. Toro is not responsible for any other expense incurred by the customer under the terms of this limited warranty, nor is Toro responsible for any damages either consequential, incidental, special, contingent or otherwise; or expenses or injury arising directly or indirectly from the use of the exhaust system. Any exhaust system returned to Toro must be sent at the customers expense along with the proof of purchase and the other information as requested below, upon returning the product if it displays a material or workmanship defect, shipping costs will be reimbursed. Toro reserves the right to determine whether the terms of the warranty, set out above, have been properly followed. In the event that the terms are not followed this warranty is void. Toro is the sole determiner of abuse, misuse, installation errors and modifications - should any of these be found, this warranty is void.

If you have a problem:
If you have a fitment or other problem, or are missing a part, please double-check this trouble shooting guide first:

  1. Make sure silencer clamps are installed correctly. On many models, there is a right and wrong way to install.
  2. Always make sure to install spring-mounted manifolds and flanges on cylinder head prior to installing headers.
  3. Always take time to examine problems in detail.

Please note this warranty does not cover if you do not like the sound or sound level of the Toro exhaust.

Include a copy of this warranty with the product, along with your

  1. Name
  2. Address
  3. Telephone/Mobile Number
  4. A description of the problem
  5. Copy of the original receipt
  6. Pack carefully (preferably in the original packaging Toro will not accept a damaged product with poor packaging.)
